You have to hold a moisturizer in your bathroom so that after taking a bath, Use your towel and gently get rid of most of the liquid from your skin and then apply moisturizer on your whole body to lock the remaining water into your skin. However, there are some steps that you have to follow before taking a bath for yourself. You need to take a bath with luke or mildly hot water because It can reduce the dry skin effects and If you choose cold water, then It increases the effects of dry skin. 

However, If you are using soap in bathing, then You have to ditch it and use glycerin-based soap. If you are using the body wash, consider using mild body wash and add little-bit water into your body wash bottle when the bottle becomes a little empty, then shake it and left it for blending. However, You have to use soap for only once in a week if you want to use it otherwise use a mild body wash soap-free for the whole process.
